| Ms. S. P. Selvi |
Ms. S. P. SELVI is responsible for giving strategic direction to Credibility Alliance and in guiding its overall development. Previously she was the Head, Programme Desk of the Financial Management Service Foundation, which is involved in Financial Monitoring and Capacity Building of Voluntary Organizations in South Asia. She has also worked with Caritas India during her 24 year career.
Selvi has a Bachelors degree in Commerce and an MBA in Financial Management. She holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management (DIM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
Facilitated a number of workshops in India and abroad for Voluntary Organizations in the areas of Financial Management, Reporting and related Governance. Has been involved in providing Mentoring & Accompaniment support to partner organizations of many international agencies in India in developing financial management systems and reporting. Is proficient in the financial and governance aspects relating to Voluntary Organizations.
Has also undertaken evaluation of organizations which involved assessment of governance and financial management related aspects of Voluntary Organizations. |

Ms. Aman Deep Kaur |
| Ms. Aman Deep
Kaur is pursuing her Masters of Business Administration in
Marketing (Final Year) and has done her graduation in Journalism
and Mass Communication. She has joined Credibility Alliance in
the capacity of Manager (Documentation & Communication) in
January 2012, prior to which, she was working with Navjyoti
India Foundation, a non-profit organization, as Project Officer
for more than two years. Ms. Kaur has also worked as an
Assistant Director and Continuity Director in various short
films and videos. |

| Ms. Veena Gondhalekar |
| Ms. Veena Gondhalekar has post graduate degree in Extension Education (Home Science) in Mumbai. She has also a diploma in Communication and Journalism; in the rural development department of SNDT as an 'organizer'; and as a "coordinator" in the Indian Institute of Education, Pune. She joined Credibility Alliance in July 2007 and is presently working as deputy manager (alliance building). |

| Mr. Cedric Peters |
| Mr. Cedric Peters has a bachelor’s degree in arts, with a computer diploma. He has a total of 30 year of work experience in community development work and worked in different organizations like Mission of Mercy India & Apeejay. He joined Credibility Alliance as Accreditation Coordinator East in March 2010. |

| Mrs. S. Suseela |
| Mrs. S. Suseela has a M. A. degree in sociology from Madurai Kamaraja University with bachelor degree in Law. She has a work experience of nearly 8 years in development sector Worked as Social Justice Initiative and handling cases related to women and Children Rights issues, intervening social issues affecting Rights. And has also done social marketing of health products for female sex workers and advocate their issues. She joined Credibility Alliance in Feb.2011 as an Accreditation Coordinator South. |

| Mrs. Tejinder Kaur has a bachelor’s degree in arts, with computer diploma. She has a total of 23 years of work experience in working with women SHG & education. She has worked with organizations like Deepalaya & Lotus public. She joined Credibility Alliance in August 2010 and is presently working as deputy manager (admin). |

Mr. Nipun Wadhawan |
| Mr.
Nipun Wadhawan is a B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Acharya Narendra
Dev College, University of Delhi. He is also a final year
student of Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWAI), professional
course. He has more than three years of work experience in
Finance & Accounts and has worked with National level research
organizations like National Institute of Urban Affairs. He has
joined Credibility Alliance in January 2012 and is presently
working as Finance & Administration Officer. |

Mr. Pradeep Kumar |
| Mr. Pradeep has a
Bachelor’s degree in Arts and is currently pursuing MBA in
Finance from SMU & preparing for Common Proficiency Test from
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having commerce as
the background, he also has a diploma in SAP, Tally & DTP. With
a total experience of six years, Mr. Pradeep has also worked
with Nerolac Paints Ltd. for two years and has attended training
on Inventory Management. He has also played Synthesizer
professionally at many social stages. Having spent significant
years in the NGO sector in Finance department with Literacy
India, he has joined Credibility Alliance as Regional
Accreditation Coordinator (North) in January 2012. |
